TikTok Shop US Updates Fulfillment Tracking with New Dispatch Metrics

TikTok Shop has updated its Seller University guidelines to introduce two new tracking metrics for US merchants: Instant Late Dispatch Rate (ILDR) and Same-day Late Dispatch Rate (SLDR). These metrics are specifically designed to measure premium and same-day delivery performance for eligible orders.

While these new indicators are currently managed separately from the platform’s standard Late Dispatch Rate (LDR), they set a higher baseline for domestic fulfillment efficiency. Merchants utilizing local or overseas warehouses should monitor these metrics within their seller dashboards to optimize order processing windows and maintain high-tier shipping badges.
